    • Confirmed customer complaint of jerking. Car was taken on 15 minute drive. The transmission shifted properly however an intermittent misfire was felt. Scanner was hooked up to inspect misfires. Cylinder 4 was found to misfire. Engine cover was removed and spark plug was inspected. Ignition coil from cylinder 4 and 3 were swapped and the misfire followed the ignition coil. I recommend changing the ignition coil now on cylinder 3.

    • Test drove vehicle for 20 minutes, made multiple stops at lights but it never did what customer is stating. Can't duplicate concern at the moment. Drove again an hour later and same results. Drove again for 20 more minutes at 215pm and drove up hills and nothing occurred. Rec customer to return if issue happens again or if they want to drive with us.

    • Performed physical inspection. Note: Found largest most identifiable leak coming from engine vacuum pump. Also appears to be leaking from lower engine oil pan. Must start with these 2 areas, then clean engine and all oil remnants and re-inspect. Note: it is likely there are other smaller leaks present but they are not able to be identified at this time due to the amount of oil that is coating engine.
    • VACUUM PUMP – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace –
    • Clean Engine & Re-inspect –
    • OIL PAN &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – S,SE Lower
    • Drained and filled engine oil, replaced filter, lubed chassis. Checked and topped off all fluid levels, set tire pressures
