• Test drive at highway speeds to check wheel balance, brakes and alignment. Check all lights. Check fluid levels and quality. 4 wheel brake inspection. Inspect driveline, steering and suspension components. Check tire pressures and tread depth, and presence/condition of spare tire and jack tools. Inspect all glass for chips, cracks. Check to see if any collision work had been done-check for overspray, body panel gaps, different color panels, ect. Check wiper and washer operation. Check for and fluid leaks. Check battery and charging system. Condition of battery terminals. Check for any dash warning lights. Check radio operation Check heater and air conditioner operation Check seat belts.

• Test drove vehicle and could not duplicate customer complain, at shop scanned for codes and found 2. P1800 VIAS Circuit B1 (Low voltage) and P0101 MAF sensor circuit B1. Started diagnostic with MAF air flow, removed intake tube and inspected for any leaks but none found. While that's removed cleaned mass air flow sensor didn't look dirty but to make sure is fine, in live data sensor seems to be reading correctly no problems found. There is a TSB for this fantom code created by PCM, there is an upgrade to be done. Next step is ask customer if he had taken care of this TSB. On the other code following DTC guide lines it tell us to check correct voltage but right now all is working as manufacture specs. Went to do a full system test and Battery failed test. Recommend to replace Battery and see if TSB has been done.
• Performed battery test, charging system test, and starter circuit test. Replaced battery.
