- Performed inspection. Found sunroof is not opening/closing due to internal mechanical failure. Suspect broken or damaged cable on the left side due to how it is functioning. In order to gain visual access to confirm diagnostic or complete repair, headliner will have to be dropped and sunroof will have to be removed. Was able to get sunroof into closed position, however due to internal damage, it may not make a full seal on the left rear corner. Note: Do not touch sunroof controls or shade controls, it will cause sunroof glass to pop back up, and may not be able to get back into closed position.
