- Found Return hose has a hole in it. (this is one we replaced at last repair) Tested and found return hose was getting too much pressure which caused failure. Found kink in line further down on return line. Repaired and re-tested. OK. After repairing and bleeding air from system, power steering pump was still remaining noisy (replaced at last repair) Replace power steering pump under warranty.
