- Check Engine lamp is illuminated and/or warning message is on the vehicle dash/information cluster. Perform evaluation and diagnostic testing including DTC pre and post repair scan, component testing, test drive, and vehicle inspection. Test drove vehicle no light at cluster, everything working as manufacture specifications. Next day test drove vehicle still no lights on cluster, when pulled codes found p2270 O2 satuck lean B1 S2, P2272 O2 stuck lean B2 S2, P2402 EVAP system leak detection pump circuit high, and P2610 ECM/PCM internal engine off timer performance, all of these codes were in history none where permanent or active. Look all data per each code and there is nothing that is off or reading bad. Test drove again for 30 minutes in street and highway but still can't duplicate concern. At this point we can keep trying or let customer take vehicle and return when concern is happening.
