- Confirmed customer complain no heat, inspected vehicle and found coolant reservoir to be broken. Can't do any pressure test or block test until we replace coolant reservoir. Start with coolant reservoir and retest after installation.
- Confirmed window not working. Removed door trim to inspect and found window regulator broken, tested motor and it's working correctly. Recommend replace window regulator to fix concern.
