battery tested good, on inspection found the wiring pigtail that connects to the starter is not plugged in and it is damaged, the plastic clip that holds it into place has been broken off, and there is silicone/adhesive around it in an attempt to keep it plugged in, but it did not. After plugging back in, vehicle now starts but it needs to be replaced in order to keep it locked into place and prevent it from wiggling out while driving. (picture saved on shop iphone)

Vehicle very low on oil, added two quarts just to make it to safe line at dipstick. Test drove vehicle and there is no engine noises at the moment. At the shop inspected for leaks and found valve cover leaking, but the mayor one is at engine oil plug, seems to got screw in crocked. Also notice on test drive brakes with spongy feel, front rotors look like they got hot. Recommend the oil pan and valve cover for oil leaks.
