- Confirmed customer complain, there is a check engine light active. Pulled codes and found P2402 Leak diagnostic unit, pump, signal too high. Started testing with ohms at pump and got 116 out of the 118 it's between specifications, after tested fuse and its good also check that power is getting to the actuator and it does. With amp clamp connected powered the actuator and got 36 amps at one actuation and 18 at others, this test failed one time when it went above specifications of 16-24 amps. There is something inside leak diagnostic pump causing to many amps and this sets the code.
- Install vapor canister vent valve and retest
