    • Performed physical inspection, Found no sign of noise that was visually apparent anywhere under vehicle. Duplicated noise and traced to transmission/transfer case area. Isolated noise with stethoscope to transfer case. Proceeded to teardown to inspect and found inside of transfer case gear had come apart. Transfer case will need replaced.
    • TRANSFER CASE ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Replace Transmission Output Seal.]
    • Drained and filled engine oil,Replaced filter,lubed chassis,Checked and topped off all fluids and inflated tires to specs.
    • Waste oil and filter disposal

    • Remove engine/splash shield to gain access to oil drain and/or oil filter.
    • Waste oil and filter disposal
    • Performed battery test, charging system test, and starter circuit test. Replaced battery.
